What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
NLP is the art and science which can be described as an ‘attitude and a methodology that leaves behind a trail of techniques’.

This excellent behaviour can be duplicated by studying what a person does inside their head to produce results. The trail of techniques created through this type of modelling is what is commonly known as NLP.
